Barsa Group’s packaging-materials operation at Yesipovo industrial park in the Solnechnogorsk district has reached full capacity. Interfax reported the milestone on 18 April, citing the Moscow region’s investment and industry ministry. The site had entered service in autumn 2023.
Commissioning followed by ramp-up
The project involved investment exceeding 200 million rubles, including 65 million rubles borrowed through the Industrial Mortgage programme. The company also plans further expansion. That future step is separate from the operating milestone reported in April and should not be presented as another completed production site.
The sequence distinguishes two practical stages: bringing a facility into service and reaching its intended operating level. Reporting both dates does not mean the enterprise opened twice. It records progress within one project, while leaving the subsequent expansion as an intention rather than an accomplished result.
Packaging for different business requirements
Barsa Group traces its business history to 2009, when it began as a trading organisation before developing its own manufacturing activity.
