RTK-Elektro-M has received approval for preferential financing to expand its electrical equipment production in Pavlovsky Posad. The planned facility is intended to increase the company's manufacturing capacity by 50%.
Financing for the new facility
The Moscow Region Industrial Development Fund has approved a loan of 150 million rubles, the regional investment ministry told Interfax on 18 May 2026. The loan will cover nearly 12% of project expenditure, with total investment exceeding 1 billion rubles. Approval establishes the announced financing arrangement; the report does not specify a completed transfer of the funds.
The new production site will occupy nearly 6,000 square metres. The company already operates more than 10,000 square metres of production and warehouse premises and employs over 210 people, according to the ministry's account. The announcement gives a capacity increase for the business as a whole without providing a unit-by-unit output target for each product.
Expansion timetable
The ministry's statement places the planned launch in the second half of 2027. The expansion had first been reported in December 2025, when the fourth quarter of 2027 was indicated. Customers can therefore treat the latest announcement as a project timetable, with commissioning still ahead.
- Total investment: more than 1 billion rubles.
- Approved preferential loan: 150 million rubles.
- New premises: nearly 6,000 square metres.

Electrical equipment and customer enquiries
RTK-Elektro-M manufactures electrical equipment and communications products and has been part of the NEK group since 2024. Its company website presents busbars, bus ducts and cable accessories for high, medium and low voltage systems. The production contact is based at Mishutinskoye Highway, 66A, in Pavlovsky Posad.
The company's enquiry process uses product-specific questionnaires for bus ducts and cable accessories. Prospective customers can use the production office contact to discuss technical requirements and the relevant product range. The expansion notice does not itself establish delivery dates, prices or availability for an individual order; those details require a separate commercial response.
The approved loan supports a future enlargement of the plant. The stated 50% increase describes the expected result after the new facility begins operating, rather than a change already achieved at the date of the announcement.
