VMS-Print plans to expand its serial production of microcorrugated packaging in Podolsk. The project has a stated investment budget of 997 million rubles and is due to receive a preferential loan from the Moscow Region Industrial Development Fund.
Investment and expected output
The regional investment ministry announced support of 150 million rubles, Interfax reported on 22 June 2026. This represents approximately 15% of the project budget. The funding is intended for construction and reconstruction of buildings, alongside the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
The ministry puts current annual output at 720 million packaging items. The expansion is intended to add 98 million items a year once the works are complete. Completion is planned for 2027. These figures describe the announced production programme; the additional output remains a future target.
- Project budget: 997 million rubles.
- Preferential loan: 150 million rubles.
- Expected additional annual output: 98 million packaging items.
- Planned completion year: 2027.
Packaging within a wider printing business
VMS-Print combines microcorrugated packaging, offset printing and flexographic production. Its website describes offset work for cartons, labels and advertising materials, together with self-adhesive labels, stickers and thermal receipts made through flexographic processes. The expansion concerns the microcorrugated packaging stream.
According to the regional ministry, the business has 17,300 square metres of production and warehouse premises and more than 300 employees. A separate preferential loan of 58 million rubles was announced in May 2025 for equipment producing multilayer labels. That earlier label project is distinct from the new investment in microcorrugated packaging.
Preparing an order enquiry
The company's order form asks for contact details, an organisation name and the required type of product. Customers can also attach print artwork. The sales department provides a direct route for discussing a specification, while the administrative office handles general enquiries.
For a packaging order, the intended material, format and artwork help define the work to be priced. An expansion budget describes the manufacturer's investment programme; it does not establish a price or production slot for a particular customer. The sales team can clarify the requirements and applicable commercial terms through the company's existing enquiry channels.
